- **Apresentação de Soluções**:Comunicar-se de forma clara e eficaz com os leads, apresentando as soluções e os serviços da agência que melhor atendem às suas necessidades, e destacando os benefícios e diferenciais competitivos.
- **Nutrição de Leads**: Manter um relacionamento contínuo com os leads qualificados, fornecendo informações relevantes e conteúdos de valor para avançá-los ao longo do funil de vendas.
- **Colaboração com a Equipe de Vendas**:Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o time de vendas para transferir leads qualificados e garantir uma transição perfeita entre as etapas do processo de vendas.
- **Acompanhamento e Relatórios**: Manter registros detalhados de todas as interações com leads e atualizar constantemente os sistemas de CRM, fornecendo relatórios periódicos sobre o desempenho e resultados alcançados.
