Assistente De Planejamento
RESUMO
Executar tarefas administrativas ligadas à rotina e procedimentos de planejamento, bem como acompanhar e controlar os processos relacionados ao setor.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
Realizar serviços e rotinas administrativos da operação como atualizações de informações em bases de dados no sistema SAP;
Abastecer as informações e manter as planilhas atualizadas para a realização dos planejamentos;
Apoiar a operação em suas solicitações, através da operação de sistemas e aplicativos, digitação, registros e contatos, para contribuir para a efetividade dos processos;
Coletar informações para preenchimento das planilhas de Indicadores da área;
Manter o cliente informado sobre andamento das atividades solicitada;
Acompanhar e garantir atendimento as prioridades do cliente;
Preencher relatório de acompanhamento diário das atividades de planejamento;
Suportar na análise relatório de Planejamento diariamente e reportar à operação;
Informar prioridade de atendimento (liberação de materiais) de documentação de peças, direcionamento e acompanhamento de slotting assim como a adequações sistêmicas de acordo com as atualizações aos outros setores;
Suportar no report diário os relatórios para a gerência do contrato, preenchimento de KPi´s de acompanhamento das atividades referente à área de documentação de Peças e/ou outras atividades correlatas;
Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.
**Requisitos**:
Ensino Médio Completo, cursando Superior será considerado um diferencial;
Pacote Office Básico;
Disponibilidade de horário;
Estar na posição atual há no mínimo 01 ano na CEVA;
Possuir cargo igual ou um nível inferior ao anunciado nessa vaga;
Boa comunicação (verbal e escrita);
Disciplina, organização e empatia;
Será analisado a quantidade de faltas (justificadas e injustificadas) e atrasos dos últimos 6 meses;
Será analisado a quantidade e motivos das medidas disciplinares dos últimos 6 meses;
Atender a todos os pré-requisitos mandatórios da vaga, descritos acima;
