Docplanner builds a** world-leading online practice management software** for the healthcare sector in the SaaS model. **We help 130,000 doctors and clinics** digitize their practices and deliver exceptional patient experience in over **13 countries.** We also run marketplace websites that allow **80 million patients monthly **to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment.

Docplanner was founded in 2012 in Poland. Our team today numbers over 2,200 people based in offices in 7 countries: Poland, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Mexico and Brazil.

**Job Description** How would you be impacting our mission?**

The Strategic Project Specialist will be responsible for managing, planning, and tracking business projects. This professional will focus on cost-effectiveness, communication, operationalization, and process implementation of highly visible, sensitive, and multi-faceted projects that span across several areas of the company (with Integrations being a key part of the project pool).

**We are looking for someone who will**:

- ** Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives** that span multiple lines of business;
- Provide **on-site leadership for different project teams** by motivating their members to meet all goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones;
- Have **ownership over the full project life cycle**;
- Deliver appropriate and effective **executive-level communication**, involving all appropriate stakeholders;
- Participate in** establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships** to expand and mature operational capabilities for the organization;
- Chair Strategic Planning team meetings;

- A **deadline and data-driven** mindset;
**It'd be great if you had**
- Experience with **Looker/Data Studio**.

**Additional Information**
Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm;
