RESPONSABILIDADES
- Fazer contatos (por telefone ou pessoalmente) para alocar clientes existentes ou potenciais para estabelecer um contato e construir um relacionamento.
- Realize atividades padrão de atendimento ao cliente e lidar com consultas simples do cliente.
- Entrevistar o cliente, usando um simples roteiro de vendas padrão para entender os requisitos do cliente.
- Certifique-se de que os detalhes básicos dos clientes mantidos no sistema sejam precisos e anotem as ações de acompanhamento que foram prometidas, juntamente com notas de ações tomadas durante cada chamada de vendas.
- Organize o próprio horário de trabalho todos os dias, de acordo com a mudança de prioridades.
- Use o software padrão do escritório para realizar a formatação básica em letras, em memorandos e em relatórios rotineiros.

**Requisitos**:

- Educação Básica - Ensino Médio
- Experiência sólida e compreensão de procedimentos ou sistemas simples.

- Utiliza habilidades eficazes de comunicação verbal com orientação (mas não sob supervisão constante) para expressar ideias, solicitar ações e formular planos ou políticas.
- Trabalha com orientação (mas não sob supervisão constante) para desenvolver planos apropriados ou executar ações necessárias, com base em recomendações e requisitos.
- Trabalha sob orientação (mas não sob supervisão constante) para planejar, organizar, priorizar e supervisionar as atividades, a fim de cumprir com eficiência os objetivos de negócio.
- Presta suporte a processos de negócios, com orientação mas não sob supervisão constante, compreendendo e efetivamente utilizando os equipamentos padronizados de escritório e pacotes padronizados de software.
- Aplica o entendimento do ambiente e objetivos de negócios para desenvolver soluções, com orientação, mas não sob supervisão constante.
- Realiza pesquisas e analisa dados, com orientação (mas não sob supervisão constante), a fim de desenvolver uma compreensão abrangente das condições do cliente e do mercado que permitam o máximo retorno sobre os investimentos.
- Trabalha sob orientação (mas não sob supervisão constante) para desenvolver, monitorar, interpretar e entender as políticas e procedimentos, garantindo que eles estejam alinhados às estratégias e objetivos organizacionais.
