Maintenance Technican

- Keep records on machines' and devices' technical condition
- Leads and organise Repairs Plant machines
- Independently perform all dedicated tasks
- Performing training and mentoring to the other collegues in the department
- Adjust the operating parameters of the equipment on the production lines as necessary, and provides assistance to the operator regarding machines' operating technology
- Perform preventive and intervention maintenance on the machines, equipment and devices, as well as repairing them, in a documented and responsible manner
- Take care about the condition of the spare parts and the tools he is in charge of
- Initiate procurement within his scope, spare parts, equipment and devices development and finishing while maintaining correct relations with suppliers and third parties
- Identify need and ensures auxiliary and consumable materials upon supervisor's approval
- Identify possibilities of equipment enhancement, make suggestiona, implement them in order to increase reliability
- Participate in projects and provide support in project implementation
- Report in oral and written to the supervisor about above mentioned and regular everyday activities
- Ensure company car fleet is in appropriate technical condition and kept orderly
- Responsible to maintain own working place and working environment clean and tidy
- Responsible for quality of own work, precision, accuracy, transparency and timeliness
