**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
The Collections Finance Manager at Pepsico do Brasil is in charge of customers portfolio management (for both Food and Beverage businesses), managing the collections team and supporting tactical plan for execution of the collection strategics designed by the Senior Credit and Collections Manager.
- Ensure OCF / DSO KPIs are controlled and aligned to the targets defined by the organization;
- Lead and train the team to provide effective analysis and engage all for better results, implementing and spreading digital ways of working and mindset; develop the team in alignment to TPW and GREAT5 pillars; attract and build a diverse, inclusive and high performance team that impacts the organization while inspiring people and disseminating a Pep+ culture;
- Continuously review the collections process, so as to identify opportunities to bring better results, keeping it as simple as possible, while mitigating risks;
- Identify the best collectability alternatives for each sales channel;
- Work with cross-functional teams (Sales Executives and Managers) to manage P&L expectations, to support recoverability, reducing bad debt;
- Lead and oversee transformational projects to boost operational productivity and efficiency;
- Customer relationship to solve pending issues and ensure effective negotiation.
**Your Impact**
- Manage proactively accounts receivable customer portfolio per channel and act proactively on different initiatives to enable maintaining DSO under target;
- OCF management including AOP and monthly forecasting process related to DSO and Bad Debt monitoring,
- Monitor Customer Relationship Central data ensuring proper customer facing and SLA;
- Provide overall support for the period end results through robust collection and reconciliation process;
- Anticipate collectability risks to enable timely negotiation with clients;
- Support cross-functional teams in projects, monitor test execution by AR team and risk assessment;
- Implementation of digital tools and resources within AR, according to the strategy designed by Senior Credit and Collections Manager;
- Work in alignment with TPW, managing people by the organization standard tools (PDR, IDP, ACE) and pillars (TPW, Great5) creating action plans where needed, to improve OHS results in the area;
- Participate in Credit and Collections meetings and committes, presenting collections results and KPIs.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- High level of attention to detail with strong data interpretation ability;
- High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel including financial modeling, processing large volume data and interfacing with corporate reporting systems;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization (assertive communication);
- Basic understanding of accounting principles;
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence others; People / person orientation;
- Ability to develop and motivate direct reports;
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities;
- Influencing skills & gentle relationship, to interact with customers and financial institutions;
- Fluent in English; Spanish - nice to have.
- Collectability tools knowledge (SAP preferable);
- Collections KPIs and reports knowledge (DSO; Bad Debt; OCF);
- Sereval go to market strategies complexify the environment, both OT, Indirect and DTS channels that requires unique methodology
- Several systems interaction mainly due to still having FAS legacy in DTS channel (to be migrated to SAP during 2022/2023
- Volumetry of transactions much higher than the other market´s companies.
- Digital transformation, Acelera strategies comprising several projects such as Bilha+, Xadrez, eCommerce, etc.
