**What you will do**:

- Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year) to identify trends, risks and optimize business results.
- Prepare reporting package with insight for monthly operating review and /or Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), anticipating logical questions based on content
- Operate autonomously, where ambiguity and time constraints exist.
- Lead the budget and LTP development. Analyze trends to establish bold yet achievable targets.
- Lead financial analysis as a member of cross functional teams.
- Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analysis performed to Senior Finance Leadership and key business partners anticipating questions.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to grow (e.g. develops new skills, attend training opportunities, network, feedback).
- Give support to the regional team of GMSA FP&A.

**Additional Job Description**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor Degreee in Economics Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
- Previous experience in financial areas for a minimum of 3 years.
- English: Intermediate Level.
- Fluent Portuguese or Fluent Spanish required.
- Office: Intermediate.
- Availability to work hybridly in our offices located at:

- Sao Caetano Do Sul, Brazil, or _
- Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina, or _
- Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. _

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in FP&A will be valued.
- Knowledge in PowerBI and/or SAP (desired).
