**What success looks like in this role**:

- Gerenciar serviços e equipes de desenvolvimento e manutenção de aplicações, incluindo desenvolvedores, analistas e outros membros envolvidos no processo
- Supervisionar o ciclo de vida completo do projeto, desde o planejamento até a implementação e o suporte pós-implantação
- Estabelecer metas e roadmaps de entregas em alinhamento com as expectativas providas pelos clientes
- Garantir que os projetos e serviços sejam entregues dentro do cronograma e orçamento, resolvendo problemas ou desvios
- Colaborar com as equipes de desenvolvimento, qualidade e operações para garantir a qualidade do produto final
- Identificar riscos potenciais e tomar medidas proativas para mitigá-los
- Monitorar o desempenho da equipe e fornecer feedback para o desenvolvimento profissional contínuo
- Trabalhar com a organização na otimização de processos, garantindo a produtividade e a qualidade das entregas
- Assegurar a adequada alocação da capacidade das equipes, equilibrando a demanda de projetos e tarefas
- Estabelecer métricas de desempenho e acompanhar os resultados para melhoria contínua
- Garantir a conformidade com as políticas e padrões da empresa em todas as etapas da entrega do projeto

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**O que esperamos de vocês**
- Graduação completa em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas afins
- Inglês fluente
- Espanhol avançado
- Experiência comprovada como gerente de projetos ou entrega de aplicações, com ênfase em gestão de Fábrica de Software
- Experiência prévia em gestão de equipes em ambiente desenvolvimento e manutenção de aplicações
- Experiência em projetos de transição
- Conhecimento sólido em metodologias ágeis e práticas de gerenciamento de projetos
- Capacidade de liderar e motivar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alto desempenho
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita para interagir com clientes, colegas de trabalho e stakeholders em todos os níveis da organização
- Fortes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de tomar decisões sob pressão
- Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e colaboração, como MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, entre outras
- Certificação em gerenciamento de projetos (PMP)
- Certificações em agilidade como Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), ou similares, são diferenciais
