Yara aims to be the crop nutrition company of the future, leading the development of sustainable agriculture and digital tools to help solve global agricultural challenges. Drawing on more than a century of experience in crop nutrition, Yara established the Digital Innovation division to explore how technology can be used to improve farmers' lives and productivity.

**Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades**:
The Product Analyst will support Yara Digital Ag Innovation Americas to leverage Yara's digital product and commercial portfolio with data and insights on farmers, fields, user journey, soil health, and other digital farming-related topics. Join us in the digital transformation of the agriculture industry to achieve Yara's goal of responsibly feeding the world and protecting the planet

Some of the main responsibilities include:

- Support our product, UX and design teams in digital product development (web and app);
- Be a sparring partner for product owners to support the digital and sustainable transformation of the agriculture industry in Americas;
- Drive product strategy by defining hypothesis, performing A/B tests and feature evaluations to continuously optimize product features;
- Understand user behaviour, develop event tracking workflow and quantify the end to end user journey;
- Model consumer behavior and build user persona by leveraging product usage and transactional data;
- Plan, construct and run experiments to support data driven decision making and deep insights;
- Provide guidance for associate data analysts and interns/working students;
- Drive adoption of data driven decision making and self-service analytics.

**Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos**:

- Previous experience in digital product analytics or similar quantitative role;
- Ability to translate insights/tell a story with the data and analysis;
- Proficiency in SQL, R and Python;
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI);
- Worked with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.) and have in-depth knowledge on their integration in digital products (mobile apps);
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Advanced English required, Spanish and Portuguese are a plus;
- Interest in regenerative agriculture, farming, and sustainability preferred.
