**Requisitos**:

- Ter mais de 10 anos de experiência como PM.
- Ter vasta experiência em gestão de projetos nas metodologias Waterfall e Agile;
- Conhecimento em todos os pilares de gestão de projetos (escopo, custo, risco, comunicação, etc);
- Facilidade de negociação e engajamento com times globais e locais;
- Facilidade de relacionamento;
- Gestão de conflitos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordenar e facilitar rotinas como: reuniões de status com stakeholders, kick-offs, revisar status, change control, tollgates, etc;
- Planejar e coordenar as entregas(delivery) e dependências entre multiplos times, incluse globais;
- Realizar a gestão de risco, remover impedimentos e dependências;
- Promover e facilitar comunicação e colaboração cross organização para suportar as entregas nos prazos estabelecidos;
- Garantir e facilitar atualização de status, prazos, riscos e custos das entregas para os stakeholders e alta liderança;
- Assegurar que a entrega(delivery) está alinhada aos requisitos definidos pelo sponsor e stakeholders;
- Assegurar que as entregas estão de acordo com o padrão Enterprise Change Management do banco;
- Suportar e acompanhar os recursos no planejamento e execução das entregas;
- Interação com Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Manager, Gerente de IT, Release Train Engineer e Program Manager.
