**This position is open for people residing in LATIN AMERICA**

Job Summary:

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Provide patients with information about our services and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain patient records with up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Handle cancellations and manage waiting lists to optimize appointment availability.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, front desk representative, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for making phone calls.
