**The Team**:
JPMorgan Chase has undertaken an ambitious global strategy to build out an International Consumer Banking business line, starting with the launch of a digital bank in the UK under the Chase brand and an investment in C6, a leading digital bank in Brazil. Our team is at the heart of driving the next horizon of expansion for the new business line.

You will be joining this business line's Risk team focused on credit risk in the Brazil market. You will advise senior management on credit strategy and general risks facing a Brazilian digital consumer bank In addition, this role will liaise with internal stakeholders regarding capital implications for JPMC.

**The Role**:
Responsibilities will include:

- Advise senior management on the latest local market practices for credit risk strategy and monitoring.
- Work with businesses to define risk appetite, design the credit risk policies, and create feedback loops to continuously monitor and refine the framework.
- Inform JPMorgan Chase global risk management teams of developments and trends in the Brazil market.
- Provide oversight for the Credit Risk function.
- Assess business and regulatory impact of any risk initiative or change in risk strategy

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Extensive knowledge of the Brazil landscape, available tools and controls for Retail Banking and Investments;
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating a Brazilian retail credit portfolio.
- Retail Deposits and/or Consumer Credit general knowledge;
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently but escalate matters as appropriate;
- Team and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with business partners.
- Fluent professional English and Portuguese
- Minimum 8-10 yrs. experience in Retail Credit Risk team.
