**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Baseline and Planning**:

- Establish a baseline of current remediation project statuses with vendors and site teams.
- Develop and agree on milestones and execution plans (CPS) for the Vallejo site, and participate in a kick-off meeting to ensure effective monitoring and reporting.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of remediation efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Produce weekly remediation progress reports for each site, including an executive summary on current status versus progress in remediation areas (Power, cabinets, cabling, and AP installation).
- Develop and implement corrective action plans with vendors and site teams to address identified variances and ensure project recovery.
- Create bi-weekly validation reports detailing progress and any issues.
- **On-Site Inspections**:

- Conduct on-site visits to validate completed remediation work and assess actual progress.
- Inspect all completed work since the previous visit, identify corrective actions, and collaborate with WWT and P&G engineering to resolve any remediation questions.
- Develop corrective action plans with site teams, RM vendors, and RPM before leaving the site.
- Consult with WWT or L4 engineering on technical issues and necessary corrective actions as required.
- **Communication and Escalation**:

- Maintain immediate escalation procedures for assistance needed with RPM, site contacts, program, and site leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with all HS&E (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements applicable to each site.
- **Travel and Lodging**:

- All travel and lodging arrangements will be included as part of the proposal. The specialist will be expected to be based in Manaus for the duration of the 3-month contract.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in remediation projects and CaaS (Communication as a Service) standards.
- Strong technical expertise in areas including Power, cabinets, cabling, and AP installation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with vendors, engineering teams, and site personnel.
- Prior experience in on-site inspections and corrective action planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and adjust strategies as needed.
- Compliance with HS&E requirements and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

**Additional Information**:

- The role requires full-time commitment to the Manaus site for the duration of the contract.

Pay: R$4,000.00 per month
