**Job Description**:
Executar serviços de consultoria de negócios e tecnologia dentro de clientes da Logicalis com foco na coordenação e controle de projetos de implantação de soluções ligadas a iniciativas de engenharia e infraestruturas de telecomunicações, com foco em:
Controlar e monitorar o andamento de projetos na área de Engenharia de Telecomunicações e sistemas de operação de Tecnologia de cliente final da Logicalis, com capacidade de
- Identificar e gerir expectativas dos Stakeholders do cliente final
- Desenvolver e manter o plano do projeto e cronograma geral do projeto
- Desenvolver e entregar relatórios e apresentações para comunicar abordagens recomendadas
- Gerir comunicação interna e reportes do projeto junto ao cliente final (PMO’s, sponsor e demais envolvidos)
- Gerir riscos envolvidos no controle do projeto
- Monitorar e Controlar o andamento do projeto incluindo as etapas não ágeis (projetos híbridos)
- Gerir e negociar mudanças junto ao cliente, Gerente de Operações e Gerente Comercial Logicalis

Dar suporte a gestão de custos do projeto
- Controlar planos de implementação e migração do cliente final
- Apoiar o cliente final na implementação de políticas, procedimentos e estruturas para o gerenciamento eficaz de estruturas de governança
- Capacidade de levantar requisitos dos clientes para apoiar no entendimento de demandas e identificação de novos casos de uso, habilidade para entendimento de requisitos de negócio e inputs para planos de negócio
- Contribuir para a melhoria de processos do cliente final e da Consultoria Logicalis
- Disseminar e garantir o uso de valores ágeis e do framework Scrum junto ao cliente final

- Capacidade analítica e habilidade para compreensão de problemas dos clientes
- Gestão de projetos tradicionais e ágeis (framework Scrum)
- Desenvolvimento de relacionamento com cliente
- Perfil proativo e empreendedor
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, focado e com disciplina de execução
- Capacidade de gestão do tempo e postura para trabalhar dentro de clientes da Logicalis
- Qualidade de documentação nas entregas de relatórios de status, documentos de cronograma, riscos, processos e outros necessários ao andamento do projeto
- Experiência obrigatória: Metodologias de Gerenciamento de Projetos
- Experiência desejável: Engenharia de Telelecomunicações, gestão de implantação de redes de Operadoras ou Consultoria em gestão de projetos
- Inglês avançado obrigatório
- Conhecimentos desejáveis em Metodologias de Governança de Tecnologia e Mapeamento de Processos
