**About the team**

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and manage the DataOps team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure high-quality work and successful project delivery.
- Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technologies to address business needs, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our data systems.
- Act as a focal point for technical questions from the DataOps team, resolving issues and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Interact with customer teams to understand their data-related needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as software engineering, product management, and business development, to ensure seamless integration of our data systems with other business functions.

**Who you are**:

- MBA or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related areas.
- Proven experience leading Data Engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with building, maintaining, and managing Data Lakes and/or Data Warehouses.
- Expertise in building data pipelines (extraction, integration, processing, and storage of large volumes of data).
- Experience with AWS, Spark, and Python development.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Experience with Apache Airflow and Big Data solutions (Kafka, Hadoop, etc.)
- Experience with Redshift, DBT, Quicksight
- Experience in Big Data or Machine Learning projects.
- Good planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
