**Descrição do perfil**

Responsável por identificar, coletar, preparar, validar, analisar e interpretar dados das operações de Customer Relations para gerar informações, inclusive através do desenvolvimento de modelos preditivos e estatísticos desenvolvendo sistemas avançados de aprendizagem e conhecimento organizado.

**Principais atividades**
- Realizar análises, acompanhamento e projeção de resultados de vendas do canal, análises comerciais e mercadológicas, interface com áreas internas para o desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de projetos do canal e a manutenção de bases em bancos de dados e SQL;
- Suportar os canais de vendas nos processos informacionais, através de análise e compreensão dos indicadores de forma a agregar valor à rotina da força de vendas;
- Elaborar, desenvolver, acompanhar e analisar KPIs operacionais do canal de forma a entender eventuais desvios frente ao target de vendas / qualidade, compreendendo detalhadamente cada indicador e suas relações com o end to end do negócio e com o dia-a-dia da área comercial;
- Examinar o progresso de projetos em relação aos resultados e impacto desejados, assegurando também a realização dos indicadores estabelecidos;
- Estabelecer correlações entre os KPIs internos da TIM e KPIs externos;
- Apoiar na do modelo de negócio, quando necessário;
- Efetuar o mapeamento de oportunidades existentes através da avaliação de resultados de volume e qualidade das vendas do canal buscando a criação de planos de ação junto às regiões para alavancar o resultado;
- Identificar soluções e oportunidades para melhoria dos resultados através das análises dos indicadores e oportunidades de melhorias nos processos do canal, acompanhando o processo da cadeia de valor e garantindo que a necessidade do canal seja considerada.

**Conhecimento, Experiência e Formação**
- Experiência com análise de KPIs de performance e mercado da área comercial; Experiência atuando em áreas comerciais, de Inteligência de Canal e Mercado e/ou Planejamento Comercial;
- Pacote Office;
- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de Dashboards e Simuladores;
- Conhecimento em análise de base de dados e conhecimento intermediário em SQL - Desejável;
- Administração, economia, engenharia e afins.
