Our Field Service team provides industry-leading products and services that are part of well construction and structure, aid drilling, are part of well safety, optimize the extraction and processing of Oil & Gas production. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to drill and structure your wells and reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

This role works at a field site (Offshore), providing quality service to the customer. It may include Installation, execution, job design, and follow-up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used

**As a Wellhead Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing technical direction for activities to internal / external teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Plan, support and execute with the Baker team on board the installations of our wellhead equipment at the customer's site / Platforms.
- Have a broad communication, versatility and resourcefulness to work for several customers in different Offshore and Onshore environments in Brazil, Latin America and several other global countries. Have clear think to be available to participate in several trainings in Brazil and other countries.
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, preparing operational plans, filling out daily report and briefing reports for customers and cross-functional teams.
- Under the direct supervision of the Field Service leader, receive and follow specific detailed instructions, following the Operating Procedures (OSP) and company guidelines.
- Interacting with team, offshore and onshore supervise to ensure service execution with quality and mentoring to help new technicians.
- Performing other related duties as required. Being available and I request to embark on other product lines from Baker Hughes, mainly in the ANM / Maniflod area.
- Conduct all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have technical formation.
- Experience in Offshore activities, with international experience being desirable.
- Preferably have experience in Wellhead Equipment installations or similar activities.
- Have advanced knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
- Have the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Advanced English.
- Be ready to travel significantly (up to 80%) without geographical restriction (Domestic & International), including offshore facilities
- Have the ability to work well and communicate with others.
