***Key Performance Areas**
- Overall responsibility for managing reservations and reception
- Maintain good communication between the Lodge and the general public, as well as other members in the hospitality trade eg agents and tour operators
- Must be fluent and able to correspond in perfect English
- Guest check-in and check-outs
- Maintain the income schedule, invoices and monies coming in from deposits on reservations
- Host guests throughout their stay (this is a requirement and culture expected of all staff who work at the Lodge)
- Contribute to and take ownership for guest service excellence at all times

***Requirements: Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience**
- Previous reservation experience is essential, with preference given to those who have used the Semper reservation programme
- Experience in using online booking platforms
- Relevant experience in a similar upmarket lodge
- Matric/Grade 12
- Relevant qualifications for the position
- Excellent guest relation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills

***Remuneration and Package**
- R10 000 negotiable depending on experience
- Live-in: En-suite serviced bedroom, all meals and laundry
- Comfortable living in a rural area
- All staff get 7 days off a month
- Long leave after one year
