O que procuramos em você?
- Experiência com papéis semelhantes, como growth manager, product owner, product manager ou marketing manager.
- Experiência em criação de dashboards e análise de métricas de growth, produto e/ou negócio (Data Studio, Power BI, Excel, GA, Mixpanel).
- Forte capacidade para solução de problemas e mindset data-driven, voltado para a tomada de decisões e direcionamento dos times e iniciativas.
- Domínio de gestão de projetos e metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban).
- Conhecimento básico de HTML, CSS e JavaScript é um diferencial.
- Inglês avançado/fluente é essencial, pois é uma empresa/produto global.
- Espanhol básico é um diferencial, pois temos atuação LATAM.
- Ensino superior completo e certificações extra curriculares em growth hacking, marketing, vendas e produto.
