About the Role:
We are looking for Sr Product Manager to lead the launch of an innovative therapy which will positively impact patients’ lives.

On this role, you will be responsible to help the therapy be accessible to the eligible patients with Cystic Fibrosis in Brazil.

This is a hybrid role based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Act ethically and ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the regulatory and compliance rules of the country and the company.
- Participates in the day-to-day execution of the marketing strategy by developing marketing tactics, measured for success and delivered to customers effectively.
- Leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of the brand plan.
- Develops/updates existing marketing materials for customers that are aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives (including branded websites, interactive visual aids, sales brochures, etc.)
- Supports customer engagement of assigned marketing team by ensuring marketing pieces have been uploaded to the CRM platform, administrating speaker programs, and coordinating conference activities (including promotional booth and conference materials)
- Analysis digital and print material usage metrics for performance reporting and assessing needs for future updates across brands
- Manages agency partners to ensure budget alignment and timely deliverables
- Engages in the development of key marketing insights
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support brand objectives in collaboration with the medical and advocacy teams.
- Cultivates strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and communications review committees to support business goals
- Ensure product marketing content is aligned with the organization's brand and formatted to drive positive customer behaviours
- Able to manage multiple priorities, establishing and maintaining effective and efficient channels of communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Innovation and creative thinking with a track record for translating strategic thinking into action-oriented plans and developing/implementing new creative initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into consumer-facing messages and materials.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction and decisions
- Conduct market and competitive research, and determine customer needs

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, scientific area, or related field
- Background in pharmaceuticals industry
- Some years of work experience as Product Manager w/ high-complexity therapies and/or serious diseases are required.
- Previous experience with Rare Disease and/or Respiratory TA will be considered as a differential.
- Solid experience on healthcare public channel (reimbursed and not reimbursed drugs)
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian Healthcare ecosystem, processes, and key stakeholders.
- Holistic ecosystem view, Strategic thinking and Business Mentality.
- Experience with leadership of cross-functional team.
- Outstanding interpersonal, team, and collaboration skills.
- English Fluency
- Approximately 50% travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
