**Job title** - Coating Weld Manager

**Job description**:

- Ensure compliance with the goals of the Thermal Insulation, Coating and Union, orbital and structural welds processes, within the standards of safety, quality, deadlines and costs, through the management of each of the processes listed above;
- Actively contribute to the fulfillment of the company's contracts, by guaranteeing the execution of Thermal Insulation, Coating and union, orbital and structure welding activities, when applicable, in the assembly lines, as well as helping other manufacturing sectors and company technicians;
- Contribute to increasing the company's competitiveness, through research and implementation of new technologies, for Thermal Insulation, Coating and Welding processes and the use of new equipment used in these processes;
- Ensure increased efficiency and productivity, through the implementation of effective controls of Thermal Insulation, Coating and Welding systems, aiming to prevent impacts on internal and external customers;
- Contribute to the development of new products, through support to Product and Application Engineering, suggesting the use of processes and project changes, aiming at making project execution feasible;
- Ensure the physical integrity of employees, the environment and the company's machinery and equipment, through the multiplication, compliance and observation of the company's safety, environment and quality standards and procedures;
- Ensure suitably qualified labor for production needs, through the selection, motivation and training of employees, including at other TechnipFMC sites.
- Location - Dutra - RJ

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Production, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering;
- Experience in people management, financial management, knowledge of production processes; quality;
- Experience in industrial processes;
- Advanced English;
- Desirable lean manufacturing
