Our Controller Team in South America are looking for a Controller Analyst.

As a business controller, you are contributing to the business line reporting process in timely and quality manner. Tasks may also include various financial data compilation and analysis work, as well as involvement in reporting development actions. Also, you will act as business controlling partner for our operations function.

For this position you will be responsible for:
- Responsible to coordinate and execute cost accounting and month closing routines.- Responsible to coordinate the transfer price calculation together with the external consultancy.- Inventory analysis, management, reconciliation and adjustments as needed.- Analyzes financial and support for the Budget process and Forecast.- Analyzes financial information and other relevant information to support the main operating decisions of the business unit.- Development of improvements for DW and POP.-
- Capacity costs follow up for each cost center, entity and by Business Line.- Monthly JV’s on calculations and analysis of costs centers to complete projects.- Executing high quality of financial analysis.- Support business transformation programs, such as the ERP and support system implementation.- Participation in corporate initiatives to support business and statutory requirements including the development & maintenance.

In addition, to succeed in this position, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration or Economics is required with sound cost accounting knowledge preferred.- Solid experience in Finance and prior experience in a similar role.- Experience in supporting global business and/or related business management experience along with strong analytical skills.- Specific knowledge in project management, including Revenue Recognition based on IFRS15, manufacturing/project cost accounting.- Accountability for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.- Extensive knowledge and experience in costs and inventory.- Strong knowledge of, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and experience with financial management systems such as LN/Baan, HFM and DW.- Fluent Portuguese.- Fluent or Advanced English.- Spanish Advanced (Differential).- To be successful in this position requires strong insights in finance and business control, endurance for tight schedules and pressure, detailed planning and execution of plans, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, proactive and dynamic and responsibility.
