Team Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Growth Sr. Analyst who excels in critical thinking and user acquisition knowledge. In this role, you will be working closely with ride hailing teams globally to develop driver growth on Brazil. If you are a go-getter with a start-up spirit looking to create value, you would be great for this team

Role Responsibilities:

- Run acquisition campaigns to bring back lost users from 99 platform.
- Design and implement incentives to improve engagement and retention.
- Monitor efficiency and cost, and generate proposals for improving operational efficiency.
- Improve our data capabilities, and help create dashboards and monitoring.

Role Qualifications:

- Demonstrate experience in managing and solving problems in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills and mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to interact with and influence internal and external partners.
- Experience in building financial models and dashboards.
- Self-motivation and agility to work independently.
- Organization, time management and ease of decision making.
- Advanced English.
