Job Description
Analyze material requirements, demands and technical specifications according to purchasing group.
Issue and process the quotation requests for items/services of medium complexity and follow up the development of those of high complexity.
Conducting technical clarification processes for proposers/services through engineering.
Analyze and equalize business proposals according to the department’s objectives based on the need for time and price.
Negotiate with bidders to obtain better trading conditions.
Issue Comparative Maps of Quotes and recommendations for purchase.
Prepare and submit the Purchase Orders and their revisions.
Support as purchases the commercial department.
Make and monitor the processing of Purchase Orders with suppliers, to ensure delivery of products and/ or services within the time agreed in the Purchase Order.
You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering;
Experience as a buyer or similar, with knowledge in purchasing for logistics in transport, materials and supplier contract management;
Desirable knowledge with purchasing transaction; supplier sourcing practices and mapping for process improvement.
Desirable SAP Ariba and Power BI;
Intermediate English required.
