**DESCRIÇÃO RESUMIDA **_(da posição)_
- Responsável pela implementação das normas e manutenção dos processos de Saúde e Segurança nas filiais DSV.

**PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Implementação dos padrões e normas de Saúde e Segurança conforme diretrizes globais e regulamentações nacionais (legislação / NR).
- Realizar avaliações de risco e levantamento dos aspectos e impactos ambientais e aplicar medidas de controle nas filiais e sua responsabilidade.
- Realizar inspeções de local de trabalho nas filiais, armazéns e subcontratados, treinamentos e exercícios de resposta a emergências.
- Realizar investigações de acidentes e elaborar relatórios e programas de prevenção de acidentes para o HR e Country Manager HSE.
- Implementar ações corretivas decorrentes de acidentes e quase acidentes, auditorias, inspeções e avaliações de risco.
- Coletar sugestões para melhorar o desempenho de Segurança, Saúde e Meio Ambiente.
- Realizar toolbox tasks e treinar funcionários em HSE como definidos pelo HSE Manager & Departamento de HR.
- Implantar campanhas de sensibilização sobre Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho e comunicação aos empregados, juntamente com HR ou a Country Manager HSE.

- Interromper qualquer trabalho onde, em sua opinião seria considerado inseguro para prosseguir em cooperação com a Admnistração local.
- Aconselhar sobre a sinalização correta no que diz respeito aos Regulamentos de SMS em um escritório/armazém (ex. saídas de emergência, primeiros socorros).
- Isolar quaisquer áreas restritas ou local de trabalho inseguro.

**QUALIFICAÇÃO **(Competências, Conhecimento e Habilidades necessárias )
- Formação Técnica em Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.
- Conhecimento técnico de implementação e infra-estrutura de Saúde e Segurança
- Amplos conhecimentos sobre Legislação Brasileira de Saúde e Segurança
- Habilidade para se envolver em discussões construtivas
- Capacidade de identificar problemas e recomendar uma solução prática e rápida.
- Boa habilidade de comunicação com outras com outras culturas
- Habilidade para atuar em equipe
- Experiência mínima de 1 anos como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho
- Desejável Auditor Interno - OHSAS 18001

**Conhecimento em tecnologia**
- Domínio pacote office.

**Educação e / ou Experiência**
- Experiência de 1 ano como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho
- Desejável Auditor Interno - OHSAS 18001
- ingles, básico (desejavel)

**Proficiência em línguas**
- Inglês Básico
