**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de Supply Chain que otimizem o fluxo de materiais, reduzam custos e atendam aos padrões de qualidade e prazos de entrega exigidos pelo setor hidrelétrico.
- Gerenciar as operações de compras, logística, armazenamento e planejamento de demanda, garantindo a integração e colaboração entre todas as áreas de Supply Chain.
- Analisar e selecionar fornecedores, estabelecendo parcerias estratégicas e realizando negociações para assegurar as melhores condições de preço, qualidade e prazos.
- Coordenar a logística inbound e outbound, com foco em eficiência e redução de custos, enquanto mantém a conformidade com as regulamentações e práticas de segurança.
- Implementar KPIs para monitorar o desempenho das operações de Supply Chain, promovendo melhorias contínuas e ajustes conforme necessário.
- Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de Supply Chain, promovendo um ambiente de colaboração e desenvolvimento profissional.
- Colaborar com as áreas de Engenharia, Produção, Vendas e Gerenciamento de Projetos para garantir o alinhamento entre Supply Chain e as necessidades de cada projeto hidrelétrico.
- Prospectar e Coordenar Vendas de projetos de exportação Intercompany (entre empresas do Grupo VOITH) e também vendas para outros mercados considerando a capacidade fabril instalada e disponível para atendimento de necessidades de outros fornecedores de equipamentos de outros segmentos.

**Requisitos**:

- Graduação em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas; MBA ou Pós-Graduação em Supply Chain é um diferencial.
- Experiência mínima de 7 anos em posições de liderança na área de Supply Chain, preferencialmente no setor de energia, infraestrutura ou industrial.
- Conhecimento sólido em gestão de cadeia de suprimentos, incluindo compras, planejamento, logística e gerenciamento de estoque.
- Habilidades comprovadas em negociação, análise estratégica e desenvolvimento de parcerias com fornecedores.
- Experiência com ferramentas e softwares de gestão de Supply Chain (SAP, ERP, entre outros).
- Inglês e Espanhol fluentes.
- Fortes habilidades de comunicação, liderança e capacidade de adaptação a um ambiente dinâmico e orientado para resultados.
