**Position Description**

**Role**
Be part of a dynamic, fast paced, new team at VFS. You support dealers, customers and VFS internal areas in the new and growing rental business. You develop relationships with key dealers and VFS operations areas. You work closely with these individuals to underwrite, negotiate, structure, and provide processes and demand solutions to meet customer needs and rental procedures. You will help support VFS, dealers and customers as we collectively move forward with new rental business across the local market and transportation segments supported by the Volvo Rental business and Volvo Financial Services directive. You will be part of the new Rental Company in Curitiba reporting to the Rental Executive Manager.

**What is the job?**
You are responsible for all internal processes in Rental business and an important part of the success of the new rental operations. Working directly with key personnel in dealers, VFS and Volvo trucks teams, services providers, and external organizations. You build trust with our customers, dealers, internal partnerships, and external providers.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Engaged in new rental business and related services.
- Responsible for administration of new rental agreements in the rental management system. Responsible for invoicing and document flow of customer contracts.
- Liaise with customers, internal areas and dealers and resolve/pass their queries.
- Responsible for asset and contract administration which includes asset documentation, taxes and hired services and fines management since operations starts until the end of the contract.
- Responsible for finance administration of contracts, triggering billing and collection process when needed and conciliation based on cash allocation process.
- Contract termination process with end of contract communication, follow up asset conditions, trigger invoice and documentation processes.
- Integrate LEAN identifying improvements opportunities into daily process
- Ensure internal SLAs agreements through creation of relevant KPIs.

**Required abilities/experiences**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, Engineering, or similar required
- Have knowledge of rental products & services
- Have experience working with portfolio management and customer support in the rental industry
- Have good interpersonal skills supported by strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have ability to work with cross functional teams
- Have ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Proficiency in the use of PowerBi and integrated routines to portfolio management activities.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
