DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Supervisionar o Hub de First Mile, a fim de garantir boa performance, controle e a organização dos processos;
- Responsável pelos indicadores de processo, custo, hora extra, absenteísmo e turnover e buscar soluções para melhoria;
- Responsável por organizar a rotina de trabalho dos operadores e líderes operacionais garantindo a execução de atividades básicas (auditorias, housekeeping, treinamentos, controle de HC, etc.)
- Responsável por garantir ferramentas, recursos e ações de desenvolvimento para sua equipe, visando garantir a eficiência operacional e a estabilidade dos processos produtivos;
- Garantir o acompanhamento de todos os processos através do uso de indicadores e estabelecimento de planos de ação;
- Identificar, implementar e monitorar oportunidades de melhoria de processo através da análise das etapas, troca de informações com áreas de suporte e/ou conhecimento de mercado;
- Multiplicar resultados dos indicadores de performance à toda a equipe;
- Garantir a execução do trabalho padrão conforme definição em instrução de trabalho operacional;
- Envolver o time operacional para realizar análises dos indicadores de processo e propor planos de ação imediatos para correção;
- Promover o engajamento e integração do time;
- Identificar causa raízes de desvios e problemas complexos e traçar melhorias junto a liderança;

**Requirements**:

- Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, logística ou áreas correlatas;
- Excel Avançado;
- Experiência prévia com gestão de pessoas e operações logísticas.
- Experiência com gestão de processos por indicadores, com envolvimento do time e estabelecendo ações de correção;
- Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas como kaizen, PDCA, 5S;
