We invite a reliable and responsible individual to join our IT team, which supports services for users and the clients’ environment. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and communication skills. You'll be supporting workstations and servers for our contractors, enhancing your professional skills in the busy IT environment. What's in it for you:

**Is that you?**
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware
- Administration of Linux (Ubuntu), Windows, macOS operation systems
- Understanding of system configuration (packages, installers)
- Knowledge on how to use command line tools and manuals
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in using of different network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, etc.
- Ability to troubleshoots basic scripts
- Intermediate+ English level

- Initiative mindset, desire to learn something new

**Key responsibilities and your contribution to Dev.Pro**
- Work with inventory system, perform an inventory of company equipment
- Create/delete user accounts
- Install and configure workstations, resolve issues with PCs and Laptops
- Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems
- Support Workstations/Hardware/Software (90+) and online services
- Work with remote contractors in Brazil
