**Position overview**:
Plant Administrator provides general administrative support to the Plant Manager and the Plant management team and is the first point of contact for visitors.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Offers support to the management team in office and business-related tasks. Regularly attends all management meetings, takes minutes of meetings.
- Provides daily support to the Plant Manager by tracking general activities, primarily related to communication and correspondence with external collaborators (Chambers of Commerce, ministries, PR agencies, etc.).
- Welcomes and attends to visitors, monitors all visits, and supports the organization of their stay.
- Organizes business travel for employees, including travel orders, visa arrangements, taxi vouchers, travel insurance, and other travel-related needs.
- Responds promptly to telephone calls and redirects them as necessary.
- Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail/packages.
- Maintains a safe and tidy reception area in accordance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Prepares, prints, binds, and archives all company documents and reports as needed.
- Prepares and organizes documentation and reports.
- Provides support to the Human Resources department as needed.
- Oversees the procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinates the sale process of aluminum waste (Scrap and UBC).

**What are we looking for?**
- High school diploma or higher education degree.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferably, work experience in similar roles, ideally in an international environment.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
