**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Champion our customer contract, invoicing, payment procedures, and related revenue reporting deliverables
- Champion our customer debt collection procedures and related reporting deliverables
- Customer management and resolution of billing-related inquiries
- Assist with our monthly financial reporting close procedures in accordance with US GAAP, including preparation and/or detailed review of journal entries, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliations
- Partner with cross-functional business partners to foster working relationships, assist in implementing best practices, support digital transformation initiatives, and collaborate for continuous process improvements to ensure operational excellence and scalability
- Facilitate audit requests from external auditors
- Ensure compliance with internal corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Assist with special products and ad hoc requests as needed

**WHAT YOU’LL ADD TO DUDA**
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience (experience in SaaS environment is a plus)
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or a related field
- Must speak, read, and write fluently in English as the Company operates in English worldwide and this role will work closely with our US and other offices in the world
- Team player, friendly, approachable, and likes to have fun while working hard
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with an understanding of US GAAP
- High-level personal excellence and accountability, proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and strong attention to detail with the ability to work with large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proficiency in ERP Systems (NetSuite preferred) and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Public accounting and/or SOX experience is a plus
- CPA or equivalent professional accountant designation is a plus
