**Título**: Agile Coach - 98772

As an Agile Coach for John Deere, you will be part of the strategy and transformation organization that is changing the way John Deere delivers digital solutions. You will be part of an empowered team of coaches that leads our organization maturing John Deere in agility and transformation.

**Your responsabilities**:

- Collaboratively developing solutions and coaching frameworks to advance our agile maturity around the globe. Working closely with other coaches in all regions;
- Coach and develop leaders leveraging existing approaches and tools;
- Propagate ideas and techniques identified from teams and customers;
- Champion change encouraging others to embrace new ideas and practices;
- Experience working on a team toward common goals;
- Ability to pair and mob on solutions.

**Needed Skills**:
**Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, IT discipline or equivalent.
- Strong command of English language
- High level understanding of Agile development process, methodology, and scaling
- 2+ years of experience with software development, testing, and/or deployment
- Experience in a change management role
- Previous coaching and/or teaching experience
- Growth mindset - willingness to deal and thrive in uncertainty.
- Additional Advanced Agile Certifications
- Has performed other agile roles such as Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps technical practices and associated toolchain

**What makes you stand out**:

- Past experience as a Scrum Master
- Experiences with multiple agile frameworks and specifically Scrum and/or Kanban
- Finding innovative solutions to problems
- Being a trusted advisor; continually being sought for additional guidance and support
- Demonstrating empiricism; transparency, inspection and adaptation
- Leveraging insights, data and curiosity to enable action
- Operating with high personal accountability and self-management
