This position is for an IT support analyst for SAP HCM Payroll module.

esponsibilities *
- Support NA-LA-Middle East and Africa countries in SAP HCM Payroll technology, interacting with the business customers in Buenos Aires to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Support Electronic File Transfer interacting with international banks and treasures
- Lead base support changes and small work items (SWI), implementing system configurations, coordinating tests and approvals
- Interact with a global team (Houston, Bangkok and Curitiba)

Proficiencies *

Skills (must have)
- Previous experience in SAP HCM support
- Previous experience in Payroll Processes (SAP) as IT analyst
- ABAP debugging
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Good communication, coordination and prioritization skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate

Skills (desired)
- ABAP development
- Agile (Scrum)
