**Instructional System Designer SR (Designer Instrucional SR)**

We are seeking for an **Instructional Designer** who will be responsible for the development of educational solutions and strategies as well as the production and monitoring of the schedule detailing the educational objects that will be developed by the team of content analysts. Performs briefing with clients, ensuring the delivery and quality of the objects and monitoring the graphic production of the objects, acting in all phases of the process.
**Main Activities**:
- Analysis and survey of training needs;
- Participation in Briefing to understand demand;
- Development of Educational Solution and Schedule and ensure delivery according to what was offered to the client, reviewing and validating the materials;
- Responsible for chaining the entire educational structure of the contents;
- Participation in internal training for self-development;
- Follow-up of activities with the client.
- Relationship with client in meetings
- Support to content analysts in the development of training content.
- Development of the team in relation to technical educational content.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an Instructional Designer and corporate education.
- Knowledge about learning theories and practices.
- Development and implementation of effective and engaging learning solutions.
- Design and creation of training materials, courses and educational resources.
- Selection and implementation of innovative educational tools and technologies.
- Team guidance in material development.
- Management of multiple projects at the same time.
- Knowledge in Authoring software.
- Learning management systems (LMS LXP).
- Collaboration: Having worked collaboratively (teamwork) with instructors, experts, instructional designers, clients and other educational professionals in order to understand the needs and perspectives of the different stakeholders is essential for the development of quality educational content.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of learning materials, or monitoring results of the implemented project.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusion: Accessibility and inclusion practices consider universal design, adapt materials for learners with special needs and utilize accessibility features.
- **Academic background**: Pedagogy, Communication, Psychology, Marketing, HR, Advertising, Corporate education, Instructional Design and related.
**Differential competencies**:
- Knowledge about HR and leadership (differential).
- Experience with Success factors will be a plus.
- Graphic design tools (differential).
