As a Tech Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.

This role will be based in our regional Brazil office located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Vila Olímpia).
Key job responsibilities
Contribute to developing strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth, implement new processes and develop standard operating procedures that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
A day in the life
Successful person on this role will kick off their day scouting for tech talent using the internal and external tools available. You will build strong pipelines for your tech customers and present great matching talent for the roles you own.
