**Role Description**: Reporting to the Head of Product, this role offers an incredible opportunity for a driven individual to oversee our data product roadmap and spearhead the growth of our data function. You'll play a crucial role in utilizing data to optimize our reach, enhance customer acquisition, and improve engagement and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Data Oversight**: Manage the comprehensive data product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with and supports overarching business objectives.
- **Data-Driven Innovation**: Lead initiatives to leverage data for expanding market reach and improving product outcomes through precise, impactful data-driven experiments.
- **Analytics Mastery**: Quantify and analyze the business impact of new data features and tools using advanced metrics and KPIs.
- **Collaborative Solutions Development**: Serve as the liaison for all data-related needs within the company, crafting and delivering solutions that enhance data integration, architecture, and analytics capabilities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, presenting complex data solutions in an accessible manner.
- **Project Leadership**: Drive the development and rollout of data models, dashboards, and automation tools, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement.
- **Experience**: 3+ years as a Product Manager specializing in Data/Analytics, ideally within the gaming or related industry.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Experienced with tools like Looker, Tableau, GA, Snowplow, and Snowflake; adept with SQL and familiar with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
- **Innovative Thinking**: Passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive product and business improvements.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong ability to break down complex data insights and communicate them effectively to foster understanding and action.
- **Performance-Driven**: Motivated by a high-performance culture focused on results and speed.
- **Analytical Acumen**: Strong analytical and product management skills, capable of leading projects that enhance data-driven decision-making.
- **Familiarity with Advanced Technologies**: Knowledge of machine learning, personalization, and AI-driven solutions is highly advantageous.
