We're a truly global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London is made up of Tax, Legal, Treasury and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practice, delivering strategic projects and helping us to tell our story with data.

Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities

THE ROLE

You will be the focal point for all partner financial matters and for accounts receivable. You will be responsible for ensuring a compliant new partners onboarding, preparing financial reports, reconciliation, liaising and complying with Central Bank regulations, partners payment and support. In accounts receivable, your goal is to structure the accounts receivables reconciliation process along with the acquirers and conciliators and also to analyse and monitor credit card processing fees, installments and chargebacks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be the focal point in 2 fronts in our area: partners financial matters and accounts receivable

PARTNERS- Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new partners: ensuring contracts are in place and up to date, setting up commercial agreements in the system and ensuring compliance processes;-
- Reconcile and analyze partners financial report, commissions and net amount to be paid to partners;-
- Publish financial reports and invoices and provide support to partners in case of doubts;-
- Ensure reconciliation within ERP Dynamics 365;-
- Analyse partners payment terms and impacts on Cash Flow-
- Report of the Receivables Units to the Registration Chamber (CERC), ensuing correct amount to be paid, final beneficiary, cash flow alignment, bank account details, etc;Manage contract disputes in CERC platform;-
- Perform partners settlements through the Interbank Payments Chamber (CIP) and Internet Banking;-
- Ensure maintenance and support implementation of new BACEN regulations;ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE- Reconcile accounts receivable (sales x PSPs x bank) and investigate differences;-
- Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, credit card fees, chargeback and others (ensure alignment of AR position x PSPs reports);-
- Analyse trends in customer payment methods and installments and the due impacts on Cash flow;-
- Support on financial cycle analysis;-
- Support in the mapping, implementation, training, testing and Go Live of the new reconciliation tool;-
- Act as a business partner, performing monitoring and financial analysis;-
- Support on audit processes.WHO YOU ARE- High graduated in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas;-
- Between 3 and 5 years experience in related areas;-
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (Retail / E-commerce / Acquirer or Sub-Acquirer);-
- Strong detail orientation;-
- Identifies and addresses non-compliant processes and activities;-
- Time management skills (planning, prioritisation and execution);-
- Demonstrates ability to learn fast and self-development;-
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures in new assignments;-
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions;-
- Consistently works on complex assignments that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve potential issues.-
- Experiences with high volume of data and reconciliations in excel;-
- Knowledge in Office Package - Advanced Excel;-
- Advanced English;- Desirable:Experience in payments through Interbank Payments Chamber (CIP);Experience in reporting Receivables Units to CERC;Experience in PSPs (Payment Service Provider) reconciliation;Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP;
