Quality Assurance Specialist

**We are looking for** a highly skilled **Quality Assurance Specialist **to establish and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in order to ensure the Quality and Safety of the products imported from Pharma Solutions in the region, guaranteeing the conformity and satisfaction of customers by ensuring controls and quality oversight are robust.
**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with the values, policies, standards, programs and operating procedures of the company, by its work team such as: requirements of Ethics, Respect for People, Safety and Environment, Quality, HR, Safety of imported Pharma Solutions products.
- Ensure the quality image of our products before customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and the market in general, through the orientation and monitoring of quality policies and technologies, within the needs of the business and the company's international standards.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Management System with the implementation of effective actions, by assisting in Internal and External Audits, monitoring their results, as well as participating in those planned for the Quality System.
- Actively track Key Performance Indicators and take action to continuously improve processes.
- Perform the management of the Sales Force system in Customer Requirements and Complaints support the Tech Info and facilitate the communication across the region, monitoring the entry of new customer complaints, the receipt of samples from customers and the investigation performed by the responsible areas, preparing feedback letters to customers and performing the disclosure of results periodically.
**Key Requirements**:
- 5 years + experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment. Preferably pharmaceutical site.
- Higher Education in Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related areas
- Portuguese, English and Spanish ( Speaking and Writing)
- Post-graduation in a related field
- Experience in working in a highly complex matrix organization.
- Strong priority and time management.
- Ability to get work done through others, build strong relationships across teams and functions to achieve this and to drive process improvements.
- Ability to articulate Quality and value add clearly to many audiences.
- Logical and objective decision making.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and flexible.
- Understanding of customer base and standards.
- Knowledge of LIMS and SAP systems. (advantage)
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (advantage)
- Previous experience working with Regulatory Agencies (advantage)
- A high level of technical competence.
- A high level of computer competence. Especially in MS Office Suite, Minitab (advantage)
