**The Role**:
The role of a Transition Manager is focused on driving operational excellence in our Service Delivery business by successfully transitioning / on-boarding new services and clients. You will be coordinating other teams to perform their required tasks to bring customers into our Managed Services support as seamlessly as possible.
You will have ownership of the transition / on-boarding process and as such, you will also be responsible for governance of the technical design, implementation, and management of new customer’s entering the Brennan IT Service Delivery area. You will play an important part in the ongoing success of the Brennan IT business by ensuring a structured approach is in place to implement a clear transition / on-boarding process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Directly managing your own transitions
- Working with the team or other departments such as Managed Services, BVD, Cloud & Projects to identify CSAT or efficiency improvements in the Transition/Onboarding process
- Coordination of transition task prioritisation with other departments
- Attending customer kick offs/ meetings/ sales pitches in the metro area
- Providing internal reporting on Transition team performance and workload
