**The professional will be responsible for**:
- Support the implementation of sales techniques and methodologies
- Perform lead qualification.
- Monitor inbound/outbound and track the efficiency of sales and marketing campaigns and digital sales strategy.
- Continuously monitor sales KPIs and targets for Inbound (SDRs) and Outbound (BDRs).
- Participate in specific projects focused on increasing efficiency, scale, efficiency and excellence (new strategy tools, relationships with other areas of interest and partners)
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
- Experience selling into the SaaS sales
- Previous experience with Sales
- Fluent in English
- Preference for Salesforce and Active Capaign experience.
- Availability for hybrid work in Florianópolis
