**Job Overview**:
The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we hire top-tier professionals who align with our company's vision and culture. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its unique hiring landscape.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and collaborate on job specifications.
Implement innovative recruiting strategies tailored to attract top talent in the iGaming space.
Stay informed about industry trends and adjust recruiting practices as needed.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in the iGaming industry.
Demonstrated success in hiring for various roles within tech related positions, including but not limited to software developers, designers, artists, and product managers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS Greenhouse, Ashby, Breezy or etc.) and other recruitment tools.
Experience to work with Agile, Scrum methodology.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
English Level: Advanced or fluent proficiency.
