The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the billing process of the country support other administrative and financial activities when needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for regional or country billing
- Ensure billing is properly performed as per customers metrics;
- Organize financial documents (paper and virtual);
- Collect financial data for cash-flow purposes
- Help the financial and local administration teams with other requests on demand
- Create and maintain good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a professional and consultative exchange with the HH Global team.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 years of experience working on financial areas
- 1-2 years of experience preferable handling billing/customer data.
- Be proactive in solving problems and finding solutions when necessary.
- Optimize delivery of the activities within budget and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively and timely.
- Use know-how to prioritize activities and key deliverables.
- Be able to work independently and help other processes whenever needed
- Self-motivated and with good communication skills.
- Eager to learn and look for information when needed.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Good organization, autonomy and sense of accountability.
- Awareness of the impact of one's own behaviour on others and taking initiatives to achieve results.
- Active participation in the team's work to achieve common goals.
- Positive attitude towards new situations and challenges.
- Reactivity, motivation and commitment to developing one's own knowledge and skills.
- Spanish and English to read and write desirable.
