**Responsabilities**
:

- Be reference in safety and quality culture.
- Guarantee high performance in WFs.
- Training the Vestas technicians in field.
- Lead the wind farms commissioning, and develop good practices with local team.
- Develop and commissioning new tools and solutions.
- Attend the development and development of Uptower repairs in Gearbox, generators and various mechanical systems of a wind turbine.
- Review, repair and predictive maintenance of the main components of a wind turbine.
- Location and correction of faults and failures.
- Support in complex faults in the area.
- Lead major corrections and special tasks
- Execution of special projects for clients
- Realization of efficiency improvements, cost reduction projects and operational

**Qualifications**
:

- Degree in engineering or professional training (Technical level).
- Valuable experience in a similar position, as in the sectors of mechanics or industrial maintenance.
- Ability to work at height and in adverse weather conditions.
- Availability to travel 80% outside the work area.
- English skills.
- Ability with team work and leadership.

**Competencies**
:

- High adaptation capacity due to last-minute changes due to weather conditions or urgent preference in tasks to be performed as well as geographical mobility
