**Job description**:

- **Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities**

Analyze Material Requisitions, demands and technical specifications according to the purchasing group.
Issue and expedite requests for quotations of items/services
Expedite technical clarification processes for bidders/Services through engineering
Analyze and equalize commercial proposals according to department objectives based on the need for time and price.
Negotiate with bidders in order to obtain better commercial terms.
Issue Comparative Quotation Maps and recommendations for purchase.
Prepare and submit Purchase Orders and their revisions.
Perform and monitor the expediting of Purchase Orders with suppliers, to ensure the delivery of products and/or services within the timeframe agreed upon in the Purchase Order.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering.
- SAP Ariba and Power Bi knowledge desirable
- Intermediate English desirable
- Travel availability required to visit suppliers.
