- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and controlling project activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Track project progress, update project status reports, and provide regular updates on project milestones and timelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment.
- Handling administrative tasks such as coordinating project logistics, managing budgets and expenses, and preparing project-related documentation.
- Identifying and documenting project risks and issues, escalating them to project managers when necessary, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure financial transparency.
- Contributing to quality assurance efforts by implementing quality control measures, participating in project reviews and audits, and driving process improvements.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed?**
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the ICT sector, with a minimum of five years of experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to effectively multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with ICT concepts, technologies, and industry standards.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
