**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Content Development**: Design and create compelling e-learning materials and courses that are both educational and engaging, making use of multimedia, interactive simulations, and gamification elements.
- **Technology Implementation**: Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge e-learning technologies and platforms to ensure a seamless and interactive learning experience for all students.
- **Collaboration and Support**: Work closely with our team of language experts to translate educational needs into digital solutions, and provide ongoing support to both instructors and learners.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of e-learning content and platforms, making data-driven decisions to enhance learning outcomes and student satisfaction.
- **Innovative Problem-Solving**: Stay ahead of the curve in e-learning trends and technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Magic**: A degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- **Being an AI expert**:

- **Tech Wizardry**: Proven experience in e-learning content development, with a portfolio that showcases your brilliance.
- **Creative Flair**: Exceptional skills in content creation tools, AI, and learning management systems, with an innate ability to make learning fun and memorable.
- **Language Lover**: Portuguese language Native and English fluency (additional languages are a plus), enabling you to weave linguistic excellence into digital formats.
