As a Corporate Recruiter, your role will be pivotal in attracting top talent to our organization. We're looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Excellent command of the English Language;
- Proficiency in using Linkedin Recruiter;
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple calendars efficiently;
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities;
- Moderate understanding of Social Media Marketing;
- Graduated in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Your responsibilities as a Corporate Recruiter will include:
- Scheduling calls and interviews;
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer/onboarding;
- Posting job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media platforms;
- Assisting in resume screening for various teams;
