As a Production Specialist you will be responsible for develop technical understanding and mastery of critical process points, raw materials and their functions, interactions between formula components and maturation, maceration and mixing processes. You will also be responsible for capturing, analyzing and interpreting data from production areas (non-conformities, performance results such as OEE, downtime);

**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop plans to eliminate losses and improve capacity and productivity based on the site's continuous improvement plan.
- Collection and interpretation of data from your area to prioritize loss elimination opportunities, including creating current state as well as future state loss trees, using continuous improvement tools.
- Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints, using root cause investigation tools, proposing action plans, and ensuring compliance, keeping the PDCA cycle always active.
- Be the point of contact of your area for the continuous improvement in the site and in the LAM region, sharing the best practices and contributing for the team development.
- Participate in daily operational meetings, bringing data and treating them to eliminate losses, mainly in FEFO and quality (non-conformities).
- Support the development of teams in problem analysis.

**You Bring**
- Engineering degree or related areas.
- Required Advanced English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus.
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Black Belt as a differential.
- Experience with TPM environment.
- Excellent Communication skills as a team player
