Yara’s Procurement is on a transformational journey towards world class performance across all Regions and areas of spend, focusing on Procurement as a strategic partner for our internal customers and creating value for Yara beyond savings. Through our recently updated Procurement Strategy LEAP, we are building strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers, improving our ways of working and introducing digital tools to ensure that Yara achieves improved security of supply, quality, service and innovation, while contributing to the Company’s bottom-line and sustainability goals.

The Indirect Procurement organization is responsible for the sourcing of Materials and Services and essential part to support the Yara's business.
We are looking for an curious individual that wish to be part of a diverse procurement team, and take responsibility to support Procurement toward world class procurement.

**Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades**:

- Support the development and execution of the Maintenance Services category strategies (E.g.: routine agreements, turnarounds, capex and other service demands);
- Drive the best in class sourcing strategies to deliver on Yara’s needs by leveraging market insights, data analytics and internal knowledge;
- Drive and support Yara's Maintenance Services projects being commercial reference between stakeholders;
- Act on performance management of strategic suppliers;
- Support the development of supplier management and continuous improvement program;
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align expectations and to drive and develop value creation initiatives to deliver business benefits;
- Implementation and roll out of the outcomes of the initiatives;
- Support category team and challenge areas on innovation and sustainability initiatives;
- Support the business relations with main suppliers and internal stakeholders.

**Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos**:

- Spirit of collaboration, protagonism, curiosity, sense of ownership and respect for differences;
- Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant disciplines;
- Experience and market knowledge in Maintenance services (E.g. routine agreements, turnarounds, capex);
- Experience with engineering and maintenance projects (commercial responsible);
- Experience with SRM, TCO, LCC, CRM, make or buy analysis, project management and other procurement tools;
- Commercial mindset influencing, negotiating and managing contract;
- Ability to execute market research, business analysis and benefit tracking;
- Advanced level in written and spoken English;
- Microsoft Office skills advanced
- Knowledge of ERP systems;
- Legal knowledge (commercial agreements);
- Excellent communication, strong analytical skills, dynamism, collaboration and sense of owner.
