**Position: Marketing & Product Manager**

**Your role**:
A highly motivated and experienced professional to join and lead the role of Marketing & Product Manager at the Brazilian team.
This position will also assume 3 main role positions, namely, marketing management; product management, events & congress and marketing coordination activities for the self-sufficiency project at Octapharma Brazil.

**Your main responsibilities and opportunities**:
Marketing Management:

- Elaborate and coordinate the Marketing plan for the company products portfolio and the Plasma Fractionation Program
- Develop and manage the annual budget of the Marketing area and review it monthly, aiming to give the best estimate of results, optimization of inventories and investments.
- Plan short-, medium
- and long-term strategies, seeking sustainable market share growth.
- Manage promotional investments in the areas by analysing priorities and opportunities;
- Monitor competitive promotional, commercial and marketing practices, in order to adapt the strategy's direction when necessary;
- Prospecting and evaluating suppliers such as advertising agencies, for the implementation of promotional campaigns;
- Promote relationships with agencies, technology partners, events and media in general;
- Assemble and monitor performance indicators for decision making.

Product Management
- Plan and launch products, evaluating the Brazilian market and with the support of headquarters, monitoring the schedule of activities related to the event;
- Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly management meetings, collecting all information on product performance, campaigns, presenting actions taken, objectives/results achieved, performance index of each product/campaign, eventual deviations and actions taken;
- Stay informed about news and updates, following the market and scientific literature, in order to improve or identify new forms of interaction and approach in the market.
- Define strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships with different audiences, seeking insights for innovation, deciding on demand levers and improving communication with consumers.
- Analyse indicators of the pharmaceutical market and performance of its products, aiming to elaborate or correct action plans.
- Assemble and monitor performance indicators for decision making.
- Develop and provide promotional materials regarding the products, the fractioning program, the team and the distributor and training, in order to support the sales process;
- Carry out monitoring of field work, proposing improvement actions
- Create positioning and image actions for the company and products, as well as the plasma fractionation program, based on the internal and external scenario, using marketing tools.

Congress & Events Management
- Preparation of meetings and events with the participation of opinion leaders
- Participation and representation of the company in meetings of medical associations
- Preparation of the company's participation in national Congresses

**Your expertise**:

- 1/3 years in similar function
- Degree preferably in Marketing with experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector
- English - excellent written and oral skills.
- Good grasp of pharmaceutical and biotechnological concepts;
- Solid knowledge of Marketing tools
- Highly motivated, Analytical; Independent; Methodic
- Team-worker
- Self-starter; effective in a highly dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly
- Availability for domestic and international travels
